Basaalt jewelry is guaranteed for one year. Our after-sales service is fast and efficient.Under the guarantee, the costs of returning to our workshop are the responsibility of the Customer. Labor and return shipping costs are free. The replacement of missing parts is the responsibility of the Customer unless they were defective.

RETURN POLICY

For any item purchased on the site www.atelierbasaalt.com, Atelier Basaalt allows its Customers to benefit from a period of 14 calendar days to return a product that is not satisfactory, without penalty or additional costs, except return costs. .This period begins to run from the day of delivery of the Customer's order. The Customer must notify Atelier Basaalt within this period by email to the address hello@atelierbasaalt.com of their decision to return the items. The Customer then has a maximum of 15 days to send the items to the address provided by email. This right of withdrawal can only be accepted for items received by atelierbasaalt.com in a condition identical to the original condition and in their initial packaging. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be taken back. The value of the returned items will be refunded according to the payment method agreed with the Customer or in the form of a credit to be deducted from the following order(s). Atelier Basaalt will aim to reimburse any compliant withdrawal in cash within 30 days and up to the net value purchased, possibly deducted from transaction costs.
